Brighten your home or office with our Floral Subscription Service. The Floral Subscription Service provides clients with regular deliveries of fresh, designer-chosen floral arrangements. The Process
1. Subscription Enrollment:
• Clients subscribe to the Floral Subscription Service through our website or by contacting our team.
• Clients select a subscription plan (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly deliveries) and provide delivery details (address)
• Client selects size Full , Fuller, or Fullest
2. Designer’s Choice Arrangements:
• Each floral arrangement is curated by the designer, ensuring high-quality, seasonal flowers tailored to aesthetic excellence.
• Clients agree to receive designer-selected arrangements as part of the subscription. Specific flower preferences or custom designs are not available within the subscription service.
3. Custom Arrangement Requests:
• If a client desires a custom floral arrangement (e.g., specific flowers, colors, or themes), they must contact our separate Custom Arrangement Services.
• Custom requests are handled outside the subscription and may incur additional costs, subject To the terms of the Custom Arrangement Services.
4. Initial Vase Provision:
• With the first delivery, clients receive a complimentary standard glass vase to display their arrangement.
• The vase is provided only with the first arrangement and remains the client’s property. Subsequent arrangements are delivered without vases, assuming the client will reuse the provided vase or their own.
5. Delivery Process:
• Arrangements are delivered to businesses on Mondays between 9am-2pm and residences between 9am-2pm on Thursdays. If another date and time is requested, client must get approval by contacting BlossomandClothFL@gmail.com or calling 904.770.6299.
• A client or their designated representative must be present at the delivery address to accept the arrangement. If not, a vase of water left in a shady area is recommended. Otherwise arrangement will be left at the door and client/subscriber assumes responsibility.
6. Ongoing Subscription:
• The subscription continues with regular deliveries until the client modifies or cancels their plan, subject to the terms below.
• Clients are responsible for updating delivery details (e.g., address changes, vacations) in advance to ensure successful deliveries.
