Weekly Subscription

 In some instances, our photos may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Bloom selections change daily based on seasonality and availability so white we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties and exact colors, we do guarantee your arrangement will be fresh and beautiful.

At Blossom & Cloth, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed floral arrangements with care and attention to detail. Our delivery service is available for homes, businesses, and special event locations across select areas in Northeast Florida.

Business deliveries on Mondays/Tuesdays between 9am-2pm and Residential deliveries on Thursdays/Fridays between 9am-2pm. Please contact Blossom & Cloth if you request a delivery outside of this time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request. ***WE DO NOT OFFER PICKUPS.***

Delivery outside these areas may be available for micro-events or custom orders. Please inquire for availability.

Event or Custom Location Delivery: Quoted individually based on location and scope

All deliveries are scheduled with care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautifully arranged. We will confirm the delivery window with you during the ordering process.

Term: This Agreement begins on [Start Date] and continues until terminated by either party.

Cancellation by Customer: Customer may pause or cancel the Subscription at any time with 7 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Termination by Florist: Florist may terminate the Agreement with 7 days notice if the Customer fails to make timely payments or breaches the Agreement.

Agreement Terms

By subscribing to the Floral Subscription Service, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Designer’s Choice:
• The client acknowledges that all arrangements are selected by the designer, and specific flower preferences are not accommodated within the subscription.
• Custom arrangement requests must be directed to our Custom Arrangement Services, which operates separately and may have its own pricing and terms.

2. Standard Glass Vase:
• A standard glass vase is provided with the first arrangement at no additional cost.
• The client is responsible for maintaining the vase and using it (or another suitable container) for subsequent deliveries.

3. Delivery Requirements:
• A client or their designated representative must be present at the delivery address to accept the arrangement. If not, a vase of water left in a shady area is recommended. Otherwise arrangement will be left at the door and client/subscriber assumes responsibility.

4. Subscription Management:
• The client may modify or cancel their subscription by contacting our team, subject to the subscription plan’s terms (e.g., notice period or billing cycle).
• The client is responsible for providing accurate and updated delivery information to avoid disruptions.

5. Payment and Billing:
• Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
• Payments are processed automatically, and clients agree to keep payment information up to date.

6. Liability:
• The company is not responsible for damages to arrangements caused by improper handling after delivery or for deliveries missed due to the absence of a client representative.
• The company reserves the right to substitute flowers based on availability, maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic of the arrangement.

7. Term and Termination
a. Term: This Agreement begins on [Start Date] and continues until terminated by either party.
b. Cancellation by Customer: Customer may pause or cancel the Subscription at any time with 7 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
c. Termination by Florist: Florist may terminate the Agreement with 7 days notice if the Customer fails to make timely payments or breaches the Agreement.

8. Modifications
Blossom & Cloth reserves the right to modify the Subscription terms, including pricing, with 14 days written notice to the Customer. Continued use of the Subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Blossom & Cloth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Subscription, including but not limited to allergic reactions, property damage, or dissatisfaction with the arrangement, except as required by law.

10. Force Majeure
Blossom & Cloth is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
