There's something deeply meditative about creating in the Ikebana tradition. Each stem is placed with intention, each curve considered, and the empty space around the flowers becomes as important as the blooms themselves. This particular piece, which I've titled "Spring Ascent" , came together in a low, matte black ceramic bowl—a quiet vessel that lets the arrangement breathe like a small landscape on the table.
