What is extended vase life arrangement?

Not every flower is built to last. Soft, delicate blooms fade in a few days. This arrangement is built from the ones that don’t.

We choose hardy stems with thick petals and woody or sturdy stalks — chrysanthemums, carnations, alstroemeria, snapdragons, roses, and similar long-lasting blooms — so you get color for about ten to twelve days, not five. It’s still a designer’s choice piece: seasonal, mixed, and arranged by hand. The difference is the flower list. Everything in the vase is selected for staying power.

This is the one to pick if you want flowers that hold up in an office, a busy house, or anywhere you don’t want to fuss with them every other day. Change the water, recut the stems, and they’ll keep going.

If you love a looser garden look and don’t mind some blooms fading sooner than others, choose the Designer's Choice Garden-Style Arrangement. If you want the ~two-week window, this is the one.

WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE for working time. Please contact us directly if less than 48 hours to see if we can accomodate your order. You can choose your delivery date at checkout and we will contact you with a specific time within our time frame that works best for you.

Full: A simple and sweet arrangement that would fit perfectly on a desk or side table. It is great as a "thinking of you" gesture. $55

Fuller: Our most popular size. This is a medium size arrangement and will contain more premium focal and secondary flowers. It will fit nicely on a standard dining room table or a large coffee table. It's an excellent choice for an anniversary, sympathy gesture, or for a substantial event. $85

Fullest: Outstanding, luxurious, large arrangement with exceptional varieties of focal and secondary flowers and minimal greenery. This piece is perfect for an entryway or a larger centerpiece on a dining table. $115

Deliveries must be scheduled in advance and are available Monday-Sunday between 9am-2pm. Please contact Blossom & Cloth if you request a delivery outside of this time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request. ***WE DO NOT OFFER PICKUPS.***

All deliveries are scheduled with care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautifully arranged. We will confirm the delivery window with you during the ordering process.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, provided the delivery date is at least 48 hours away.

Cancellations After 12 Hours: Orders canceled after 12 hours of placement but at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover sourcing and processing.

No Refunds Within 48 Hours of Delivery/Pickup: No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time, as flowers are sourced and arrangements begin at this stage.

Modifications: Requests to modify an order (e.g., change delivery date or bouquet size) must be submitted at least 48 hours before delivery or pickup, subject to availability.

Exceptions: In cases of bereavement or extraordinary circumstances, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Agreement Terms

By ordering the One-Time Arrangement, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Designer’s Choice:
• The client acknowledges that all arrangements are selected by the designer, and specific flower preferences are not accommodated within the subscription.
• Custom arrangement requests must be directed to our Custom Arrangement Services, which operates separately and may have its own pricing and terms.

2. Standard Glass Vase:
• A standard glass vase is provided with the first arrangement at no additional cost.

3. Delivery Requirements:
• A client or their designated representative must be present at the delivery address to accept the arrangement. If not, a vase of water left in a shady area is recommended. Otherwise arrangement will be left at the door and client/subscriber assumes responsibility.

4. Payment and Billing:
• Payments are processed automatically at checkout

5. Liability:
• The company is not responsible for damages to arrangements caused by improper handling after delivery or for deliveries missed due to the absence of a client representative.
• The company reserves the right to substitute flowers based on availability, maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic of the arrangement.

6. Limitation of Liability
Blossom & Cloth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the One-Time Purchase, including but not limited to allergic reactions, risks associated with accidental ingestion of flowers, flower parts, or flower water property damage, or dissatisfaction with the arrangement, except as required by law.

7. Force Majeure
Blossom & Cloth is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
